I feel led to point out something important that most Christians do not know or realize. The understanding of this begins to reveal how the pharmaceutical companies are assisting in the fall of America and the world.
Many may not realize it, but through the attempts to adjust body chemistry through foreign drugs put into the system, we only cover up what is there to tell us something. And beyond that, it affects our minds and attitudes assisting in the lulling to complacency. The same works for vaccinations too, trust God for protection from disease and remain in Christ. Have you seen how vaccinations are produced? Do you really want to put that in your temple?
Galatians 5:19-21
Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
That’s pretty serious, but what does it have to do with the drug companies of today? Did you know that the word “witchcraft” used above is actually the Greek word pharmakeia G5331? It means, “the use or the administering of drugs, poisoning, sorcery, magical arts, often found in connection with idolatry and fostered by it.” In researching the problems of today, much of it stems from the widespread use of drugs made by pharmaceutical companies who make billions of dollars selling these drugs, many of which are abused to dull the senses and mind.

This plague is working on children as well as adults as the parents who are ignorant to reality are feeding their children drugs that are probably the cause of much of the problems that stem from negative spiritual influences manifesting in the body.
In researching the New Testament and the healing miracles that Yeshua did, several of the diseases people had were healed by the casting out of demons. But man has his own methods of “solving problems” medically. That’s the main thrust of psychology today. If something’s out of whack, drug up. That didn’t work? Try this. And we tend to put our faith in man before turning to God.
That’s what I did for most of my life. I trusted the establishment because I figured they were working for the best interest of man. But the sooner that deceptive veil is lifted from your eyes, however difficult it may be to deal with, the better off you will be. Trust only in God. He alone has your best interest in mind and He can heal all illness.
Maybe you have demonic influence from your past experiences that is still clinging to you and affecting you. Cry out to Yeshua, He is able and willing to save those who love and obey Him. I recommend reading Thought: Voice of the Spirit Realm to better begin to understand the spiritual battles we fight. Often we don’t understand how things work so we have no idea how to approach things. I pray it helps. Most importantly read the Word of God!

Paxil’s known “adverse drug reactions” – according to the drug’s 2001 FDA-approved label – include “mania,” “insomnia,” “anxiety,” “agitation,” “confusion,” “amnesia,” “depression,” “paranoid reaction,” “psychosis,” “hostility,” “delirium,” “hallucinations,” “abnormal thinking,” “depersonalization” and “lack of emotion,” among others.

Interesting stuff. However you must be careful of what you believe to be true. Some drugs these days are bad, most are helpful.
I believe that the use of drugs for recreation ie (abuse) is what the Word is talking about here.

I don’t believe they used a chemical drug in Bible times. They were Herbs.
Hey Kirk, I see a difference between the traditional physician and the modern pharmaceutical doctors. I have no problem with doctors as they are necessary for many things. Its when we get out of setting broken bones and diets, etc into the drugs that I feel is bad, I’m no expert however. I am learning more and more about how vaccines and chemical tinkering can cause more problems than they help and the chemicals used can be deadly or at least negatively affect mental capacity. And that is a very beneficial goal spiritually for the enemy of mankind that also helps keep the medicated less aware of what is going on around them.
I also think part of the problem is that this generation is not like past generations because of genetic engineering, growth hormones and artificial foods that could be contributing to diseases like cancer for which drug companies are experimenting with chemical concoctions to find remedies. It would be great if we could get back to the origins of food production, just plant it and let it grow or raise cattle without hormones, etc. It seems the more man tries to mess with what is, the worse off we are for it. I don’t think that will change before the end.
Like I said though, I’m no expert. I prefer to not take medicine personally and realize that many may not desire to stop taking medication, I’m certainly not trying to make decisions for anyone, just raise awareness and spur prayer. Yes, I concur.
My dad has an artificial heart valve and needs to take blood thinners (Coumadin) aka rat poison to ward off clotting.
It just seems to me there is no middle ground with some people and they tend to get carried away in one direction or another. Not that you are doing this. I to like to tread lightly before I make assumptions.
I try to test things before I jump on bandwagons and find that even in doing so I mess up. Doesn’t seem one can be too careful.

I will pray for your father. There are so many people in situations where medication is necessary. My concern is mostly in the entertainment use of pharmaceuticals. I suppose that is a good clarification to make also.
My understanding is growing greater in how the spiritual is manifest in this every day world. Our thoughts and attitudes.

Just weighiing in on the Rx discussion…. do not think that only so-called ‘recreational’ drugs are an issue. I have NEVER used such, but at 65, I was on 3 daily Rx medications + weekly allergy shots. I asked the Lord to get me health enough to get off all drugs. My 70 yr old husband was on 2 daily Rx medications. Little by little, God showed us what to do for high cholesterol, allergies, high blood pressure, Rosacea, etc…. At this point, now 7 yrs later, we haven’t had so much as an asprin in two years… no Rx, no OTC drugs at all…. God has provided answers for His children apart from Pharmakea… man-made chemicals…. Our experieces getting off some Rx were sometimes a piece of cake (just drinking more water!) However, the damage from some of the drugs caused terrible withdrawals, BUT we praise God, we are now (at 68 and 72)healthy and free of Rx meds!!! “By His stripes, we were healed”…. no healing dwells in Rx drugs ever!
Re: use of the deadly dangerous Coumadin: there are natural blood thinners such as omega 3, cod liver oils and vit e…. Everyone is different and should carefully be investigated; God will honor the seeking of answers in Him….., but any natural product is safer than man-made chemicals….our bodies just were not created for those.
Let’s look at what is happening here….
We all see the commercials on the tv advertising the prescription drugs, growing up in the 1970’s- 80’s you never saw tv commercials for drugs other than a Bayer aspirin or a Tylenol ad….nowadays when the new drug commercials come on the screen they try and hypnotize(Decieve) you with the calming music and a light breeze of wind through flowing fields along with the birds chirping in the background (Surround sound)….it’s like Satan trying to lure you into his Hell…..then they have to disclose all the nasty side effects and this is done with a mumbling monotone voice that often includes serious side effects like internal bleeding and even death….the side effects are worst than the original ailment…..Why are people so easy to decieve? The modern day drugs are nothing more than a modern day “Poison Apple”. The Evil drug companies try and tempt us into taking a bite. Don’t be decieved!
I lost my best friend when he shot himself while on the anti-depressant drug Lexapro.
Forest Labs makes Lexapro and a simple google search reviels that many people have commited suicide while taking the poison known as Lexapro.
The company has been sued many times already for causing suicides with it’s drug Lexapro yet they make so much money selling the poison that it is still very profitable to keep selling the drug. They trade publically under symbol FRX so people can buy and sell death on the stock exchange. Also, the Justice Department has charged FRX with marketing drugs for unapproved uses……The US Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts is (or was) investigating whether Forest has committed not only civil violations but also criminal violations of the Federal Anti-Kickback laws with “off-label” promotional activities in the marketing of Lexapro and other products. (The doctors who prescribed the drug aparently got extra money for prescribing the poison, a violation of the anti-kickback laws).
Trust God for all cures and not the doctors that want to drug up everyone.
I read all the time where a doctor has prescribed 5 or more different drugs for a mis-behaving child of 8-10 years old, or they want to vaccinate you with all sorts of new fangled vaccines or cut you open to operate on you to fix your problems….(reminds me of an auto repair shop that trys to sell you a muffler bearing),

I read that the pharmacia talked about in the Bible is specifically talking about Mind Altering Drugs. It was on a prophecy web site and it was all broken down into original Greek and was just an outstanding work on this issue. It really left nothing to the imagination, it was simply Gods truth based upon His Holy Scriptures. As I just stumbled upon this discussion, I just tried to look for it again and can not find it.
Well Grace, I don’t believe that the Bible specifically talked about Mind Altering Drugs. Any “Drug” in my opinion is fraught with toxic properties so how do you think that God would be okay with us putting toxins into our body? He meant for us to use plant life, herbs and such to treat our ailments because for every ailment, there is a natural remedy.
Our bodies are like fine instruments that are meant to be in complete balance, and it’s only when they get out of balance through stress, toxins, lifestyle or bad diet that we get sick because it disrupts the immune function. Mind altering drugs also affect the immune system by depressing it and causing it not to function efficiently enough. That’s why we have to keep a steady balance throughout the mind and the body.
