Future
Bible prophecy is God’s Word regarding events related to mankind. There is much fulfilled prophecy that has already come to pass, but this page focuses on the yet unfulfilled prophecies of the Bible that will come to pass in the near future. I believe the Bible is the living Word of God. The Bible says the Yeshua (Jesus) is the Word made flesh, and Revelation 19:10 makes it clear that Bible prophecy revolves around Him. He is coming back soon to gather those that love Him to the marriage of the Lamb, and this page is to bring that awareness to the forefront of the believer’s mind and to show those who do not yet believe that God is who He says He is and is in control.
Isaiah 46:9-11
Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure: Calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executeth my counsel from a far country: yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it.

I have read your idea that we started the trib in 2005,
and Jesus comes back with Saints in 2012, and the rapture in April of 2009,
Is the 1st half of the tribulation not held back by the restrainer because it is not that bad
and the 2nd 3 1/2 years after the rapture is when the wrath is so bad?
Hello Deborah, I think you got my position, but I wanted to expand and clarify a little, offering more background information if you’re interested.
I actually don’t call the seven years the “tribulation.” Rather, the seven years is simply the “70th week of Daniel.” The only seven year period I’ve found in scripture is in Daniel 9:27 regarding the final week of God dealing with Israel before the end. In Matthew 24:15-22, Yeshua ties the beginning of the time of great tribulation to the abomination of desolation that takes place in the midst of that week of years, or seven years. So according to scripture, the time of great tribulation begins about half-way through the seven years, leaving the first 3 1/2 years or so as part of the week, but outside of the “tribulation.”
The restrainer is only restraining the revealing of the man of sin, which I go into more here. Since the man of sin isn’t revealed until the abomination of desolation, which Yeshua places in the midst of the week (and also starts the time of great tribulation), the restrainer is still present until the abomination of desolation in the midst of the week.
Regarding the rapture, or harpazo (catching away), I hold the pre-wrath position after my personal research into scripture. We meet the Lord in the air and it is when He comes to gather His bride that sudden destruction comes, called the day of the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 5:1-11
It is about this time that we are not in darkness, even though we don’t know the day or hour of His coming. So the first half of the 70th week of Daniel is not part of the time of great tribulation, but I believe it is when the seals are opened, preceding the coming wrath. More on the seals, trumpets and vials here. For more topical study of Bible prophecy, I welcome you to examine the watchman Bible study guide.
